Our Story
We opened Grumpy's on Rollin Ave with one conviction: a café should feel as welcoming as a living room, and a bar should earn its place without trying too hard.
Cooperstown didn't have a space that honored both the morning ritual and the evening unwind. So we built one. Every bean is sourced for clarity of flavor. Every pour is measured with care. The music is never too loud, and the coffee is never an afterthought.
We don't do rushed service or crowded tables. We do regulars who know the barista's name, empty chairs at 2 PM on a Tuesday, and the quiet satisfaction of a job done right.
